VisaDocTranslation was founded in 2018 with a clear mission: to make certified document translation simple, affordable, and reliable for UK visa applicants. Having seen first-hand how confusing and expensive the translation process could be, we set out to build a service that puts the applicant first.

Today, we are one of the UK's most trusted certified translation providers. Our translations are accepted by UKVI, the Home Office, HMCTS, UK universities, DVLA, and the General Medical Council. We have helped over 150,000 clients from more than 120 countries successfully submit their visa applications.

Every certified translation we produce includes a signed statement of accuracy with full translator credentials and contact details — meeting all Home Office requirements. Importantly, notarisation is NOT required for standard UK visa applications, which saves our clients both time and money.

We specialise exclusively in visa and immigration document translations. This focus means our translators understand exactly what UKVI requires — from the correct formatting of statements of accuracy to the specific terminology used in UK immigration law.

Our team includes over 200 qualified translators covering 120+ language pairs. Every translator holds a recognised translation qualification and has a minimum of 3 years' professional experience. Many of our translators are members of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIOL) or hold DipTrans qualifications.

For South Asian languages — including Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, and Punjabi — we have dedicated teams with deep expertise in the specific document types commonly submitted for UK visa applications. India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh account for over 33% of UK visa applicants, and our language specialists understand the nuances of certificates issued in these countries.
