- Order and document data: documents you upload for translation, source and target languages, delivery preferences, certified translation outputs.
- Payment data: payment card information is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We retain only the transaction reference, amount, and status.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referral URLs, pages visited, time and date of visit, and a first-party session identifier.
- Communications data: the content of emails or messages you send to us.
4. How Do We Use Your Data?
We use your data for the following purposes:
- Providing and managing our certified translation services, including delivering completed translations to you.
- Processing payments and issuing receipts or invoices.
- Communicating with you about your order, replying to enquiries, and providing customer support.
- Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations, including UK tax and accounting law.

Translated documents are deleted from our active systems 90 days after order completion, unless you request earlier deletion or we are legally required to retain them for longer.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the sub-processors listed below, and only to the extent necessary to operate our service:
- Stripe — secure payment processing.
- Supabase — database hosting, file storage, and customer authentication.
- Resend — transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery notifications).
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — anonymous Site usage analytics (only with your consent).
We may also disclose data where required by law, by a court order, or to protect our legal rights.
8. What Happens If Our Business Changes Hands?
If our business is sold, merged, or otherwise restructured, your data may be transferred to the new owner. The new owner will continue to be bound by this Policy or by a substantially similar policy.
